Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Appointments
All bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission, however Christine's Beauty Room reserves the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policy.
You must arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
A consultation form must be completed before your appointment for certain services.
Unless discussed beforehand, all nail clients must arrive with clean, product-free nails.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit any booking fees paid.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Payment & Fees
A fixed booking fee is required for each appointment.
Full payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
All completed services are non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Health & Safety
Only the booked client should attend the appointment unless additional guests have been discussed and agreed beforehand.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Your Data & Privacy
We handle all client data in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Your personal information will only be used for appointment booking, treatment records, and business communication.
We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. General Terms
Christine's Beauty Room operates from a home-based salon.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK law.
